Qantas Centenary Bike Ride 2020

The Qantas Centenary Bike Ride is an epic 9 day cycling adventure which celebrates Qantas’ 100th year whilst raising much needed funds for regional communities impacted by cancer.

This 1,300km ride from Longreach to Brisbane retraces Qantas’ first scheduled route and takes in towns such as Charleville, Roma and Toowoomba before finishing in Brisbane.

We will share Tour de Cure’s ‘Be Fit Be Healthy Be Happy’ cancer prevention message with 2,500 children at schools along the route. Local communities will be offered free skin checks and we will award 5 x $20,000 regional cancer support grants in towns that we visit.

If 1,300kms is too much to take on, you can still be part of this event by joining a Tour Experience ride. 5 day and 1 day options are available.

If you are not a rider but would like to be part of this very special event, consider joining the team in a support crew role.

Participation in the ride is by invitation only for Qantas staff and their partners.

Apply today to be part of this special celebration of Qantas’ proud history.
