Why I want to help cure cancer

My husband had cancer 17 years ago and was lucky.  Both his parents also had cancer and were not so lucky.  We have lost a good friend to breast cancer.  This is such a shitty disease and does not discriminate.  It would be amazing if our fund raising could contribute to finding a cancer cure.
