Why I want to help cure cancer

In 2008, I lost my mother to breast cancer at the age of 49.  I have seen many friends lose family and loved ones to this disease.  As we continue to search for a cure, my objective is to ensure we can also provide the support for families and carers as they take on the challenge of thier lives.  I was not prepared for the level of care required during my mothers treatment - the people involved in caring for my mother were unbelievable. This years tour holds a little more meaning personally. Our last stop is Noosa, which is also my mothers final resiting place.
