Why I want to help cure cancer

My main motivation to join the Tour de Cure family in 2016 was the diagnosis of disseminated melanoma in my brother, Pete. He's had a bit of an increase in his previously stable disease. Fortunately, he is now enrolled in a vaccine trial which is a novel treatment which is the sort of research that TDC is helping to fund. Since then, I've had a mate with lung cancer who also wouldn't be here without the new biological agents. 

Help me help the brilliant people who will continue to find the answers.
