Why I want to help cure cancer

Hi there.

I have committed to riding the Tour De Cure in order to assist with Curing Cancer.  I lost my sister to cancer in 2006, and my former wife, my sister in law, as well as many close friends and work colleagues have all been affected by cancer.  I have experienced the heart break of seeing close friends going through cancer, and in some cases not coming out the other end.

Life is tough enough and I want my kids to grow up with one less thing to affect them!  If we can find cures to the many different forms of cancer, that will assist them in living their lives to the fullest!
