Tour de Cure have regular training rides in most of the capital cities*

*Training ride routes are promoted by Tour de Cure team members, whom are all volunteers, to communicate to fellow team members where their rides will be happening for the coming weeks. Tour de Cure do not manage these training rides, the route or participants and all participants in them waive Tour de Cure from any responsibilities of the training ride. Cycling on public roads is a potentially dangerous activity which carries risks. Anyone cycling on these training rides acknowledges this and is aware that cycling is a physically demanding activity which requires a high level of fitness, food preparation, correct equipment and safety.

Midweek Mosman Hills lunch time session. Be at Buena Vista Hotel for 11:00am sharp for hills session. Start with 2 x repeats of Taronga Zoo hill, then 3 x repeats of Parriwi, return via Balmoral, climb southern end (or Awaba for those that are really keen) and finish at Buena Vista.

2012 Tour Riders and experienced TdC riders only please. Focus on clean bunch riding, calls and building a solid base across the group. No Sprints.

Meet maiseys 5.00am for quick coffee, depart 5.10 sharp, pick up Seaforth Riders 5:25, Sweep through the Mall at 5:35, up Pittwater rd to Warriewood, return via beaches, coffee 3 beans in Manly and return Maiseys 7:20am.

Meet at Maisey at 5am

Quick Coffee then north to Warriewood

Pick up Insular Pennisula folk at Warringah Mall at 5.20 (Don't be late)

Peloton Training ride to Warriewood before returning via Manly for Coffee (Remember to leave you bikes in view)

Key things to work on:

Handle Bar to Handle Bar

1 - 1.5m gap from the bike in front

Ensure your cadence is the same as the group. Don't pedal pedal stop......

Clear Calls - Ensure Riders at the back allow all cars to pass the group before calling over.

NO SPRINTS.......Solid practice of Bunch riding.

2012 Tour riders and experienced TdC bunch riders only please. Focus on clean bunch riding, calls and building a solid base across the group. No sprints!

Northern riders meet at Harbour Bridge nth pylon 505am for Coluzzi Darlinghurst. Catch up with eastern / inner west riders for quick coffee and depart 530am sharp for Centennial Park, Anzac Pde, Maroubra Beach, Little Bay, to La Perouse. Return pace lining in 2 groups - fast and moderate pace groups - and regroup Centennial Park, coffee at Grind Oxford Street, for cbd ret 730am, north side ret 745am.
